William R. “Bill” Muir, 54 of Black Lick, PA, passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. He was born April 25, 1971 in Indiana, PA, the son of the late William C. Muir and Janet L. (Johnston) Muir. He was a truck driver and auto mechanic. Bill enjoyed shooting and collecting guns, tinkering with cars and fireworks.
He is survived by his wife, Diana (Lowther) Muir, Black Lick, PA; daughter, Angelica Muir, Black Lick, PA; sister-in-law, Anna Smith, Little River, SC; sister-in-law, Michelle Lowther, Indiana, PA; father-in-law, David Lowther, New Florence, PA; mother-in-law, Anna Clark, Ebensburg, PA; aunt, Marjorie Piper, Blairsville, PA; cousins, Dave & Rose Piper and also several Nieces & Nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
