As expected, the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference has invited Lackawanna College to become its 18th member school. The Scranton-based college will become just the third school to jump from Junior College to Division Two, and the first football school to make the transition.
The Falcons will begin competing in the PSAC in the fall of 2026, with the first season not counting in the standings and full membership within two or three years.
