Heavy rain within showers and thunderstorms will continue to expand thru 1pm south of I-80 as it moves to the ENE. Locations near and south of Pittsburgh/I-70 have the highest probabilities for flash flooding, so continue to monitor the latest hazard products.
The best chance for rain in Indiana County is between noon and 4 pm.
