S.W. Jack and Armstrong will play a deciding third game in their championship series after last night’s action. The Drillers won the completion of Tuesday’s suspended game, 11-4. Mike Zimmerman had two hits, including a double, and Braden Bonatch and Max Drew also had two hits each with Bonatch driving in three runs and Drew two. Riley George walked four times.
Armstrong walked off the second game with a tie-breaking run in the bottom of the 7th to win, 10-9. Armstrong’s Liam Badac had three hits and three RBIs and Kaden Rupp homered and drove in four. Brady Oakes, Chace Force, Jamison Miller, and Shane McHugh all had two hits for S.W. Jack.
The championship will be decided at 6:00 tonight at the Hogan Field at the White Township Recreation Complex.
