A Lucernemines man is due in court today to face charges stemming from an incident last month.
On the docket for the district courts today is a preliminary hearing for Trever Cole Day, who turns 24 today. He is charged with carrying a firearm without a license, illegal sale or repair of an offensive weapon, possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia and two summary driving crimes for an incident on June 19th. Three years ago, Day faced similar charges in court for an incident in early April.
His hearing is set for 9:30 this morning.
Meanwhile, a plea court hearing for a 42-year-old Rural Valley man is scheduled for the county court of common pleas this morning. David Eardly is charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver for an incident on August 10th of 2022.
