Pirates reliever Colin Holderman has completed his rehab assignment and was reactivated from the 15-day injured list.
He had been sitting out with inflammation to his right thumb. He was optioned to Triple-A Indianapolis. His last game in the big leagues was on May 19th. Holderman has pitched 15 total innings, allowing 15 runs with 11 strikeouts and 11 walks.
