The Steelers are mourning the loss of a prominent figure in the organization. Tim Rooney passed away yesterday. He was 84.
The nephew of founder Art Rooney Sr. was a former coach at Villanova and worked as a scout for the Steelers starting in 1972. He also spent time with the Lions and Giants.
