Two people were sentenced yesterday in Indiana County Court.
Court documents say 23-year-old Nathaniel Martin of Johnstown was ordered to serve probation for a year, and to pay fines, restitution and court costs for charges of theft and public drunkenness. The sentence was handed down during a criminal call hearing yesterday. The charges stemmed from an incident in October of last year.
Meanwhile, 63-year-old Sandra Pope was sentenced to a year of probation, along with fines, court costs and restitution for her own charge of theft. The Indiana woman was charged with under-ringing merchandise in September of last year.
