Dolores ‘Dee’ (Newell) Lezark, 81, of Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 after a lengthy illness. Born in Connellsville, March 2, 1944, she was the daughter of the late George and Freda (King) Newell. Dolores was the wife of the late Andrew Lezark, Jr. whom she married June 25, 1965.
She graduated from Frazier High School in Perryopolis and had worked for 35 years in retail sales for Sears in Indiana.
Dolores enjoyed crafting. She loved making toothbrush rugs and would often teach classes at the Indiana County Senior Center. She also enjoyed dining out in the company of her friends.
Dolores is survived by her children: Pam Lezark, of Pittsburgh; and Roger (Kim) Lezark, of Winona Lake, IN. She will be missed by her brother: Paul (Melody) Newell of Scottdale and grand-daughter: Maddie Lezark along with several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, Dolores was preceded in death by her sister and brothers: Frances, Raymond, Joe, and Gene Osler.
Friends will be received on Sunday, July 20, 2025 from 3:00 until 6:00PM at the Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home & Crematory (965 Philadelphia St., Indiana, PA).
