An Indiana woman was sentenced yesterday in Indiana County Court for a case of assault.
Court documents show 19-year-old Hailynn Magas was ordered to serve two years of probation for each charge of simple assault and resisting arrest, one year of probation for disorderly conduct, and to pay fines for public drunkenness and for underage drinking. All the probation time will run concurrently. The charges stem from an incident on March 14th of this year.
The guilty pleas came as part of a criminal call hearing yesterday in front of President Judge Thomas Bianco.
