Monday’s Indiana County Common Pleas Court schedule has seventeen cases, almost all of them for driving under the influence.
There are twenty cases scheduled to come before the county’s various magisterial district courts. Most of them are for minor offenses, although there is an aggravated assault case, a strangulation case, one case involving indecent assault and corruption of minors, and one involving terroristic threats.
