A DuBois man has been sentenced to 36 months to 9 years in prison after admitting to making homemade explosives and threatening neighbors.
Brandon Collins was arrested after detonating a 55-gallon propane-filled drum in his yard and later sending threatening texts. Police also found another bomb, meth, and marijuana in his home.
