An active Saturday for Indiana County firefighters included alarms for three vehicle accidents and a large brush fire.
The action started with an accident on Oakland Avenue in White Township at 8 AM, with Indiana firefighters dispatched. Indiana then was called to a crash on Route 422 in White Township at 11:15 AM, and at 11:57, Cherryhill Township firefighters were sent to a crash on Route 553 in Cherryhill Township.
At 2:01 PM, Armagh/East Wheatfield firefighters were summoned for a brush fire along Hill Road in East Wheatfield Township, with Clyde firefighters added to the call at 12:25.
