Indiana’s Austin Schawl is at even par 72 heading into today’s final round of the WPIAL boys individual golf 3A championship. Schawl is in a four-way tie for third, six strokes behind Fox Chapel’s Carson Kittsley and four behind Fox Chapel’s Baron Bitar. The Indians’ Drew Brocious is also in the final, ten strokes back.
Play gets underway at 9 AM today at Butler Country Club.
The District 6 boys 2A individual championship final round is tomorrow. West Shamokin’s Alex Talmadge has a one-shot lead as he seeks to defend the title he’s won two years in a row.
