Hundreds lined Philadelphia Street for the annual parade. IUP President Dr. Michael Driscoll was happy with the turnout and the weather.
Over 70 units marched in the parade, including several floats made by IUP’s clubs and greek life students. The first place award of $1000 went to the IUP Ambassadors for their “Oak Grove” float.
