Two men from Bolivar died in a vehicle crash on Saturday in St. Clair Township.
The crash happened near the intersection of Route 711 and Robb Road near New Florence as an SUV collided head on with a truck just after 4:00 PM on October 11th. One of the vehicles rolled over after impact, causing entrapment. Westmoreland County Corner Tim Carson declared the driver of the pickup, 73-year-old Ronald Drylie, dead on-scene while Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees said the driver of the SUV, 68-year-old Joel Hunt, was taken to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center where he later died from his injuries.
A minor in one of the vehicles was also injured. The child was not identified in reports, and their condition is not known at this time. State police are handling the investigation and will release more details as appropriate.
