Today, trick or treating will be held in the Downtown Indiana Business District from 10 AM to Noon. Participants are asked to start at IRMC Park at 7th and Philadelphia Streets to get their first treat and receive a list of participating businesses. Also today is the annual “Mall-O-Ween” at the Indiana Mall. The parade around the mall starts at 4:00 and children are asked to line up outside of Go Bonkerz. Participants are asked to arrive early.
