Lois Jean (Marshall) Geyer, 92, of Indiana, PA, formerly of Clarksburg, died on Thursday, October 30, 2025, in St. Andrew’s Village, Indiana, PA.
The daughter of James S. and Mary Belle (Speedy) Marshall, she was born on July 10, 1933, in Conemaugh Twp., PA.
Lois graduated from Elders Ridge High School, Class of 1951. She was a member of the former Blairsville Grange #2012 where she served as Secretary for 49 years and was a member of the Ebenezer Presbyterian Church, Lewisville.
Lois worked at the former Robertshaw for many years and in her spare time, she loved to bake. She was known for entering her baked goods at the Indiana County Fair and winning multiple ribbons for her oven-baked treats.
Surviving are numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews, Larry J. Marshall (Karen) of Indiana, Thomas L. Marshall (Linda) of Indiana, John “Jack” Marshall (Joyce) of Washington, George W. Marshall of Clarksburg, Becky J. Shank (Jeff) of Clarksburg, and Rachel Hughes of Greentree; and a sister-in-law, Pastor Barbara Geyer of Arizona.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 26 years, L. Glenn Geyer on November 26, 2009, two brothers, Glen Marshall and George Marshall, and a sister, Anabel Cochran.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 2, 2025, from 4 to 6 PM at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. A funeral service will be held on Monday in the funeral home at 11 AM with Pastor Dan Cunkelman officiating.
Interment will be in the Ebenezer Cemetery, Lewisville, PA.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests memorial donations to be made to Ebenezer Presbyterian Church, 5684 Newport Rd., Clarksburg, PA 15725.
