Another weak disturbance returns snow chances across the northern and eastern portions of the region by Wednesday morning. Warming temperatures during the day Wednesday turn snow showers to rain except in the highest elevations of the PA ridges. The western portion of Indiana County will see temperatures climb into the low 40s in the afternoon, turning the precipitation from snow to rain.
