Preliminary hearings are on the schedule today for Indiana County’s District Courts, including one for a man charged with simple assault and harassment for an incident last October.
Police in Blairsville charged 28-year-old Jordan Falcigno in connection with an incident on October 24th. Officers were called out just after 11:00 PM to a location on Evans Avenue and found that he got involved in an argument with another family member and it got to the point that he picked up an AR-15 assault rifle and pointed it at them.
He is free on $500 bond.
Also due for a hearing today is 28-year-Jordan Johns of Commodore. He faces charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct-fighting for an incident on October 4th last year. And Donald Hines Jr. of Indiana is due for two hearings where he faces charges of aggravated harassment by a prisoner.
The hearings will be before District Judge Christopher Welch.
