Pennsylvania State Police have filed additional charges against a Glen Campbell man already accused of kidnapping and strangulation after he allegedly fled from officers during a foot chase in late December.
ExploreJeffersonPa.Com reports, Roger Christopher Delsman, 39, ran from police in Henderson Township, Jefferson County after being located in a stolen vehicle, resisted arrest, and was found with drug paraphernalia. A state trooper was injured during the pursuit and treated at a local hospital.
Delsman remains jailed on $50,000 bail, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for March 10.
