BASKETBALL
The WPIAL basketball playoffs tip off tonight and they include a girls 5A game for Indiana, which enters the tournament at 19-3 and with the third seed. They will host number 14 Mars, which is 10-12 coming into tonight. The airtime on WDAD, FM 100.3 and AM 1450, is 6:45. Should Indiana win, they face a possible third matchup of the season next Wednesday with number six Penn-Trafford, which will play number eleven Franklin Regional tonight.
RIFLE
At the WPIAL Individual Rifle Championship Tournament yesterday, Indiana’s Emelia Campisano shot a 200-9x with three perfect center-shots to finish 18th out of 71 shooters, just two places out of a medal. Hunter Williams was 21st, Gavin Dicken 28th, Sarah Genchur 44th, and Chloe Williams 61st.
