After a busy Thursday, Indiana County’s first responders had a relatively calm day on Friday, but two vehicle accidents were reported.
The first was at 9:20 in the morning when a crash was reported on Route 422 in Pine Township. Pine and Cherryhill Township fire departments were sent out. The second was on Route 56 East in Brush Valley Township. Brush Valley and Armagh fire department were sent out at 5:56 PM. Details on the crash have not been released.
Saltsburg fire department was sent into Westmoreland County at 10:57 yesterday on an automatic fire alarm activation in Bell Township.
And Coral and Homer City fire departments were sent out for what was classified as an “unknown-type fire” on Cedar Street in Center Township at 4:51 PM.
