The IUP Crimson Hawks’ men and women both had outstanding days in the NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional basketball playoffs.
The men started the day with a noon tipoff against Fairmont State. Mark Bertig has the recap.
The men will play Virginia Union tonight, tipping off at 5 PM. The airtime on 92.5 FM U92 will be 4:30.
The IUP women, meanwhile, had the chance to make it to the regional final, and they did just that. Jack Benedict reports.
Monday night’s Atlantic Regional Final between IUP and Winston-Salem State at the KCAC will be at 7 PM, with a 6:30 airtime on 92.5 FM U92.
