SOFTBALL
There’s a big non-conference softball game scheduled this afternoon. West Shamokin will host Indiana, weather permitting, at 4:30.
Indiana opened the season with a loss to Souderton, from Montgomery County, at The Ripken Experience in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Since then, they’ve won all four times they’ve played, by a combined score of 38-1. West Shamokin has started the season 4-0, winning their games by a combined score of 50-0.
TRACK & FIELD
In a boys tri-meet, Conemaugh Township beat Purchase Line 116-32 and United, 82-67. United beat Purchase Line, 99-48.
The results were the same in the girls meet, with Conemaugh Township topping Purchase Line 125-21 and United, 90-60. United beat Purchase Line, 124-22.

MARION CENTER/HOMER-CENTER
Marion Center’s boys defeated Homer-Center, 84-66, and the Stingers won the girls meet as well, 83-62. In the Junior High meet, Homer-Center took the boys competition, 45-40 while Marion Center won the girls meet, 80-23.
