Earlier today, the Indiana County Commissioners approved a change order for the Jimmy Stewart Airport Hangar and Parking Lot project.
The recommendation came as an abandoned pipe was discovered during excavation. David Morrow from the county office of planning and development explains.
He added that after what he called a hard winter, the project remains on-target for completion.
The commissioners also approved bids for a used equipment sale from the Parks and Trails department. Six bidders submitted successful bids totaling $593 in sales. They also approved a fleet maintenance contract with Don Huey.
