The Indiana County Association of Township Officials is holding its spring convention today at the Clymer Fire Hall, and they have a full day planned.
After the welcome by the group’s president, Brush Valley Township Supervisor David Overdorff at 9 AM, they’ll hear from the county commissioners, State Representatives Brian Smith and Jim Struzzi, Adelaide Aberle of the Indiana County Conservation District, Register of Wills, Recorder of Deeds and Clerk of Orphans’ Court Maria Jack, PennDOT’s James P. Breghenti, and State Game Warden JD Walker.
After lunch, the speakers will be Senator Joe Pittman and Holly Fishel of the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors.
The day concludes with the nomination and election of officers and door prizes and final remarks.
