Indiana County’s courts have an active schedule today, including the sentencing of a man accused of theft in incidents from February of this year.
Court documents show 22-year-old Devon Bartlebaugh is charged with two counts of theft by unlawful taking for the incidents that happened on February 1st and 6th. According to police, Bartlebaugh had taken a .22 revolver and a safe from a residence along North Walnut Street.
Bartlebaugh was arraigned before District Magistrate Christopher Welch and has been lodged in the Indiana County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond.
