The Westsylvania Jazz and Blues Festival has announced that the events are moving due to the predicted sour weather this weekend.
While after-hours events will continue to be held at various locations in the downtown region, all the outdoor events, including concerts and art displays will be held at the Indiana Mall and will follow the same schedule. Admission remains free, and attendees are asked to go in at the entrance near the movie theater.
