Thursday afternoon, the Indiana University of Pennsylvania Council of Trustees gave an update on the College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Trustees were introduced to four new, full-time faculty members for the College of Osteopathic Medicine. Founding Dean Dr. Miko Rose says that the new staff is fully committed to the mission of the college.
The council was also provided with preliminary enrollment numbers for the fall 2026 semester. The unofficial numbers detail 9,067 students enrolled, which is a 1% increase compared to last fall.
Vice President for Student Affairs Dr. Thomas Segar says that a lot can change between now and the finalization of the data, but they like where they are right now.
Official enrollment numbers should be released sometime in September.
