Three people charged in connection with a fight on October 2nd are due in district court today for a preliminary hearing.
Police in Indiana Borough charged 19-year-olds Roquann Price and Jason Harris and 18-year-old Jovian Arviles, all from Erie, with a fight that happened in the 200 block of South Seventh Street. The three were involved in the altercation with other residents in a building in the area.
Each are charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. The hearing will be held in front of District Judge Anthony Sottile this afternoon.
