Ligonier Valley police are searching for Devin Kauffman of Ligonier who went missing Monday afternoon.
Police say in a Facebook post Kauffman made some “concerning comments” in an email to his family before he went missing around 4 p.m. He attends the University of Pittsburgh-Greensburg and drives a blue 2016 Chevy Malibu bearing a PA license plate LGG-6026.
