Indiana Borough Council held a special meeting Tuesday night to discuss the proposed Indiana County Emergency Management Service Agency.
On Wednesday and Thursday, township supervisors and borough council members will vote during special meetings at the Homer-Center High School Auditorium on whether or not to enact an ordinance that would let the county take over management of Citizen’s Ambulance.
Indiana Borough Mayor Bill Simmons said that things are still uneasy as there are lot of questions that need to be answered.
The main topic would be the cost per person or business in the county. Council President Luke Debuyser hopes that and other questions will be answered at the meetings.
No official action was taken during the meeting. Indiana Borough will be a part of the meeting on Thursday.
