The Trump Administration has just taken the reins of government in Washington but already there is speculation about the presidential race of 2028 and two Pennsylvanians are on a Washington Post list of potential Democrat Party candidates. Governor Josh Shapiro, who was one of the top contenders for the vice presidential ticket with former Vice President Kamala Harris, is assumed already to be a very strong candidate in ’28. And the Post lists Senator John Fetterman as a possibility to put on his hoodie and shorts and hit the campaign trail.
Harris is also on the list, which includes the names of nine other possible candidates.
Fetterman’s term of office as Senator ends in 2028.
