INDIANA BOROUGH POLICE
An Indiana man is charged with simple assault and a firearms violation for an incident on Saturday. Indiana Borough Police were called out to the 1500 block of Nixon Avenue at 11:31 AM for a reported domestic disturbance. 36-year-old Dominique Robinson was identified as a suspect. Charges were filed through District Judge Robert Bell’s office.

State police from the Punxsutawney barracks are investigating a theft that happened in West Mahoning Township. Troopers say that between January 13th and 26th, an unknown person took approximately 15 gallons of diesel fuel stored in a white plastic fuel can, along with a red plastic toolbox and a metal cable winch puller from a sawmill on Marsh Road owned by a 39-year-old Dayton man. The suspect fled the scene going in an unknown direction. Police have no suspects yet.
