The United Way of Indiana County announced the total for the 2024-25 fundraising campaign Friday afternoon at the Indiana Country Club and it was a record-breaking total.
The campaign raised $901,656, the most raised in a campaign in the history of the United Way of Indiana County. Campaign Chairman Clinton Smith had set a goal of $888,888, and was quick to credit others in the campaign’s success.
IASD Superintendent Rob Heinrich and attorney Aaron Ludwig will be the co-chairs for the next fundraising campaign. Smith had just a few words of advice for them.
The event was held at the Indiana Country Club as part of the United Way’s annual meeting.
