Charges are being filed against an Armstrong County caregiver accused of assaulting the person he was to be caring for.
Kittanning Borough Police say the incident happened April 17th. Officers responded to a Dwight Street home where they found a man who had been punched multiple times and who was bleeding from his head. Officers say that — while they were on the scene — the victim received a video call from suspect Joshua Kelley — who told the victim that he would kill him next time.
Charges against Kelley include simple assault.
