An Indiana man pleaded guilty yesterday to all 10 counts of child pornography possession and a count of criminal use of a communications facility.
State police suspected 40-year-old Eric Palmer after they received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on May 3rd of last year, saying that child pornography was being uploaded and saved to an account associated with Palmer. Police executed a search warrant and while Palmer denied the claims, computer forensic analysis found the images in hidden folders.
Palmer will be sentenced on August 22nd. Before then, a pre-sentence report will be made by the Indiana County Probation Department and an investigation will be made by the state Sexual Offender Assessment Board.
