The next area of rain is lifting northeast across eastern Ohio, and will spread over the northern WV panhandle and parts of SW PA over the next few hours. At least scattered showers are likely by early afternoon southeast of Pittsburgh, and this is also where some instability is more likely to develop, making thunderstorms more likely here. Timing of any storms would likely be after 3 PM. A small severe risk remains, with strong to damaging gusts possible in isolated cases.
