The Indiana Area School District’s Audit & Finance Committee and Buildings, Grounds, and Transportation Committee will meet for a work session tomorrow night. Audit & Finance will work on the budget, including the real estate tax rate, while Buildings, Grounds, and Transportation will hear the bid results for the Ben Franklin and East Pike cooler/freezer project and the high school classroom renovation project. There will also be discussion of a stadium sound system proposal, a solar study at the high school, and school building generators, prompted by last week’s storm outages.
Purchase Line’s full board will hold a work session on Monday with a lengthy list of district policies, numerous personnel items, preparations and agreements for the next school year, the list of graduating students, and budget information among the many items up for discussion.
United’s school board holds a work session on Tuesday, Penns Manor’s board has a committee meeting on Wednesday, and Homer-Center’s board will have a planning meeting on Thursday.
