PennDOT has extended the deadlines for several of their services that have deadlines coming up for some of their licenses and registrations.
PennDOT says now that any Driver’s License, Photo ID’s, and learner’s permits scheduled to expire between now and April 30th have the deadline extended through May 31st. The same goes for vehicle registrations, safety inspections, emissions inspections, and expiring persons with disabilities placards.
Additionally, all driver’s license and photo license centers are closed for counter service until further notice.
Drivers are reminded that many of the services are offered online through their website, www.dmv.PA.gov.
