On Wednesday night, the White Township Supervisors were updated on the repairs to the roof of the township building.
That roof was damaged in the hailstorms earlier this month, causing leaks in the roof. Township Manager Chris Anderson was tasked with collecting bids for the project. He says that so far a temporary seal has been placed on the building to keep water from going into the roof, and work continues on collecting bids.
The supervisors also approved two fireworks displays. One will be for Summit Church’s Starlit Night on June 6th and the other is the annual Independence Day fireworks on July 4th at Mack Park put on by the YMCA of Indiana County.
