BASEBALL
The PIAA has released the brackets for Thursday’s quarterfinals for the baseball and softball playoffs. In Quad-A baseball, WPIAL champ Indiana will match up with WPIAL third-place finisher Central Valley at plum High School at 3:30 PM.
In Class A, Homer-Center travels to Gateway for a one o’clock game against WPIAL third-place Eden Christian.
SOFTBALL
The PIAA has not yet announced the quarterfinal bracket with the site and time for Thursday’s West Shamokin game against South Williamsport.
