Trump says he spoke with Putin about Ukraine’s weekend attack and that Russia plans to respond

President Trump said Wednesday that he’d had a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin where the two discussed Ukraine’s attack on Sunday that hit targets deep in Russian territory. CBS News White House reporter Aaron Navarro has the latest.
