Renda Digital TV has been approved by the PIAA to carry Monday’s Indiana state Quad-A semifinal baseball playoff game against East Pennsboro. The pregame begins at 3:30, with first pitch at four o’clock.
East Pennsboro and Indiana met in the quarterfinals of last year’s tournament, with Indiana rallying to score two runs in the top of the seventh inning and win, 6-5. Pitchers Greg Minnick and Ryan Okopal combined to win that game, and both are key members of a deep pitching staff for coach Dan Petroff to choose from this season. The two combined on a one-hitter over twelve innings in a 1-0 playoff win over Bellefonte last Monday.
Petroff has not named his starter for Monday’s game.
Pregame is tentatively set for 3:30, with first pitch scheduled at 4:00 on Renda Digital TV.
