BART apologizes to California man handcuffed for eating sandwich on platform

A California man cited and handcuffed for eating a sandwich on a BART train station platform is now getting an apology. The dust-up was caught on video last week. BART says Steven Foster refused to present the officer with his ID and cursed at him. The transit agency faced mounting backlash over the encounter.
