Konnor Griffin continues to blow up South Atlantic League pitching at High-A Greensboro, which is 41-20 and a half-game out of first place in the North Division. Griffin was 3-for-4 in a 10-7 win over Rome and hit his first home run since being promoted on Wednesday, with four runs scored, two RBIs, two stolen bases, and a walk. Since arriving in Greensboro, he is 10-for-23, a .435 batting average, with four doubles and a homer, five RBIs, and five steals.
Counting his time at Bradenton, Griffin is batting .348 with ten home runs and 41 RBIs in his first season of pro baseball.
