The two-day NHL Draft begins tomorrow night, with the Penguins currently holding the 11th and 12th picks in the first round and fans and commentators speculating what they might do with them. They could either take two young prospects, with the favorites being 17-year-old 6-foot-6-inch Czech defenseman Radim Mrtka, 18-year-old 6-4 Penn State defenseman Jackson Smith, center Jack Nesbitt, out of Ontario, or forward Lynden Lakovic, from Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
Dubas could also swing trades and move up in the draft, and he has several big-name veterans who could be moved, including Erik Karlsson, Rickard Rakell, and Bryan Rust.
The draft is being held in Los Angeles.
