A pre-trial conference is scheduled today for a man charged with indecent assault of a minor.
Court documents show 50-year-old Brian James Barr of Commodore will meet with Indiana County President Judge Thomas Bianco today as they will discuss matters on the upcoming trial on charges of corruption of minors, indecent exposure and indecent assault to someone under the age of 13. Charges were filed in connection with an incident that allegedly happened January 1st of 2014. The investigation into the incident started in July of 2022.
There have been three attempts to bring the case to court, but each time the trial was cancelled or continued.
