Pence reacts to Jeffrey Epstein files controversy

Former Vice President Mike Pence says he thinks President Trump’s administration should release all the files related to Jeffrey Epstein’s investigation and prosecution. Pence joined Major Garrett on “The Takeout” and said the files should be available to the American people.

Raising Property Taxes

For a variety of reasons, many school districts are raising property taxes this year.  What’s to blame?

Inflation overall. Everything is more expensive, including running schools.
The state does not provide enough funds to local districts, especially those with low property values.
Charter school funding. I am already paying for my local district, but now I am paying for charter schools, too.
The cost of personnel. Wages, health insurance, pensions, and more are all going up.
School districts are not spending their resources wisely.
The whole school funding system in Pennsylvania is wrong. The system is broken.
